On the Seba CJ Skate the powerstrap (over foot, velcro strap) is held in place by little parts. The plastic ring goes between the material of the boot and the screw so as they don't become ripped and the screw goes through this directly to the boot. This part is available on it's own here, or as a set with both the plastic ring and the screw if you need it.
